Workshop Timetable

To access the final version timetable for all conference workshops (posted on the 1st of July) please click here. Please check the time of your presentation on this final version of the timetable, as it has been amended in recent weeks.

Guideline for Presentation of Papers.

To ensure that all papers are presented in a similar way we kindly ask you to adhere to the following instructions on presentation:

Papers should not exceed 8000 words
Lay-out:
Default font: 12 pt. Times New Roman
Title: 16 pt., bold
Header 1: 14 pt., bold
Header 2: bold
Header 3: italic
References: Harvard style
Avoid footnotes
graphs/charts should be inserted as pictures to minimise file size

Papers should start with an abstract (max 300 words) and a maximum of 10 keywords.
Papers have to be written in error free English language.
To enable easier organization of papers you are kindly asked to name your paper starting with workshop number (see below), followed by your last name, eg. W08_einstein.
